Parabéns ao José Avillez e a toda a equipa Belcanto

Aterrada de Nova Iorque não poderia ter recebido melhor notícia! Parabéns ao Belcanto (o primeiro restaurante lisboeta a receber tal distinção), ao José Avillez (o primeiro português a conquistar duas estrelas) e a toda a sua equipa pelas duas estrelas Michelin. A edição de 2015 do famoso guia distinguiu 14 restaurantes portugueses, três dos quais com duas estrelas  – “cozinha excelente” –  além do Belcanto (do chef José Avillez) em Lisboa, também o Ocean e o Vila Joya, ambos no Algarve. Os restantes 11 restaurantes receberam uma estrela  – “cozinha muito boa” –  por parte do conhecido guia:
