Na diversidade dos quartos respiram muitas referências culturais. Desde a ‘Rapariga com brinco de pérola’ na versão cinematográfica que elogia a luz de Vermeer, até aos tons vibrantes de Keith Haring, ou inspiradoras Bibliotecas. Cada quarto é único e um elogio à cultura.
Mas não são apenas os quartos que nos marcam. O Baltazár é um hotel, mas também um restaurante. Liderado por uma equipa de artesãos culinários, os sabores clássicos húngaros misturam-se com referências contemporâneas. Tudo muito simples e despretencioso, mas com muita qualidade nos ingredientes.
