O Chef João Rodrigues tem um novo projecto itinerante, que vai ocupar diferentes espaços em doze regiões do país. A acontecer ao longo de doze meses, o formato chama-se Residência e vai estrear-se em Trás os Montes.
Depois de ter selado em Maio de 2022, o seu percurso no Feitoria e num presságio dos seus futuros restaurantes, um em Lisboa e o já nomeado ‘Monda’ no Oeste, a primeira paragem do Residência acontece já este fim de semana, em Boticas.
Nesta estreia, em terras transmontanas, que contará no ultimo dia também com o chef Vitor Adão, o premiado chef michelin irá ocupar o restaurante A Casa do Pedro, uma casa familiar, localizada em Vilarinho Seco e que com mais de 300 anos, promete ser mais uma vez palco do sentido de humanidade e sustentabilidade, a que o chef João Rodrigues sempre nos habituou.
Chef João Rodrigues has a new itinerant project, which will occupy different spaces in twelve Portugal regions. Taking place over twelve months, the format is called ‘Residence’ and will debut in Trás os Montes.
After having sealed its circuit at Feitoria in May of 2022, and in an omen of his future restaurants, one in Lisbon and the already named ‘Monda’ in the West, the first stop of the Residência will take place this weekend, in Boticas.
In this debut in the northern region of Portugal, which will also feature chef Vitor Adão on the last day, the award-winning Michelin chef will occupy the restaurant ‘A Casa do Pedro’, a family home, located in Vilarinho Seco and which, over 300 years old, promises to be once again the stage for the sense of humanity and sustainability, which chef João Rodrigues has always accustomed us to.
